C&#8217;est une approche psychoth\u00e9rapeutique<strong> humaniste, existentielle, relationnelle et holistique <\/strong>de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue. En se concentrant sur l&#8217;interaction entre la personne et son environnement, la &#8220;Gestalt&#8221; permet d\u2019approfondir la <strong>connaissance de soi<\/strong>. Elle donne des outils pour <strong>mieux vivre au quotidien<\/strong>. Elle aide \u00e0 <strong>mettre de la conscience<\/strong> sur ce qui est v\u00e9cu et ressenti dans l&#8217;<strong>instant pr\u00e9sent<\/strong> pour se lib\u00e9rer de son pass\u00e9 non dig\u00e9r\u00e9 et <strong>\u00e9crire son futur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La &#8220;<strong>Gestalt<\/strong>&#8221; est une forme de psychoth\u00e9rapie qui met l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience dans &#8220;l&#8217;<strong>ici et maintenant<\/strong>&#8221; dans le but d&#8217;apporter une plus grande <strong>conscience<\/strong> de ce qui se vit et donc une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de <strong>soi<\/strong> et des <strong>autres<\/strong>. Elle ouvre un espace pour \u00e9largir sa compr\u00e9hension sur le <strong>sens de la Vie<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle soutient tout particuli\u00e8rement l&#8217;<strong>autonomie<\/strong>, la <strong>responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, la <strong>cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong> en mettant l&#8217;accent sur la conscience du processus en cours, dans l&#8217;instant pr\u00e9sent de chaque situation. Elle r\u00e9habilite le corporel, le sensoriel, l&#8217;\u00e9motionnel. Il est de la responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun de prendre soin de ses corps (physique, mental, \u00e9motionnel, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, spirituel) qui devraient \u00eatre en harmonie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle favorise l&#8217;<strong>authenticit\u00e9 relationnelle<\/strong> et d\u00e9veloppe une<strong> perspective unifi\u00e9e et coh\u00e9rente de l&#8217;Etre.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que dans les diff\u00e9rentes parties de l'&#8221;\u00eatre humain&#8221; que nous sommes, il y a une partie <strong>&#8220;Etre&#8221;<\/strong>.
